TRAINING COORDINATOR – 1 POSITION
FRIENDS Consult Ltd (FCL) is a Ugandan-registered consulting firm that provides technical assistance, management consultancy, and result-focused training to enhance performance across the financial, business, and socio-economic sectors—both within Uganda and internationally.
As we continue to grow, we are seeking to recruit self-motivated Training Coordinator to join our team. This role is key to revitalizing and expanding our training business line, especially in the financial sector.
The successful applicant will be a university graduate (preferably master’s degree level) with demonstrated experience in Training coordination, Corporate Learning/capacity building, Curriculum development and e-learning tools preferably in the financial or consulting sector. In addition, they will have the following competencies and attributes:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Some practical experience in training and research
- Aptitude in planning and implementing training assignments
- Excellent personal organisational & management
- Clean working record; no history of dismals due to dishonesty or incompetence
- Good written and verbal communication skills, including report writing
- Presentable personality that conjures up respect and confidence
- Age limit: 27 to 45 years.
This position is a contractual one for 12 months, extendable at the preference of both the company and the candidate.
