Richard Otim Ogwang is the Operations Director at FRIENDS Consult and has over 15 years of progressive experience in consultancy. Deputizing the Managing Director, Richard is in charge of overall coordination and oversight of all projects at FRIENDS Consult. He is a chartered accountant (ACCA) with wide experience in financial management and consulting in pro- poor finance. He’s keen attention to detail and custom of looking at the micro issues as well as the strategic “big picture” makes him a seasoned consultant for projects management. He has led a number of successful teams that have performed outstanding work at both the national and regional level. His areas of strength include financial management and accounting, undertaking institutional diagnostics, business valuation, training; leading and managing projects, developing and implementing accounting systems and ensuring adherence to them and analyzing and appraising financial and related information.
