Winfred Nampiima is a Project Officer at FRIENDS Consult and has over 5 years of experience in Business Development, Research, Data entry and Analysis, and project management. Winfred has experience in coordinating all business development related activities including building pipelines, proposal writing and handling compliance issues on all tenders submitted. She is good with identifying, building, and utilizing experts’ networks, including sourcing, and recruiting experts for different projects. Previously she has supported projects both in Uganda and Kenya where she provided oversight of the project filing and tracking system for all program documents (including work plans and budgets), provided logistical support, and arranged travels for local and international experts along with other activities. Having worked with team leaders and project managers, she has a strong background in aspects of project management, Business development and office management.
