MA. ECONOMIC POLICY AND PLANNING; BA ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT

Joash Watema is a Project Assistant at FRIENDS Consult Limited. His primary responsibilities include developing business proposals, identifying potential business opportunities, and taking up additional tasks as assigned. He possesses knowledge in policy analysis, monitoring and evaluation, social research methods, as well as project planning and management. Over time, he has successfully developed several award-winning proposals for FCL. Prior to this, he took part in various monitoring and evaluation projects and policy review assignments during his graduate trainee tenure at the National Planning Authority. He is highly passionate about implementing programs that are evidence-based and have both social and economic benefits. Additionally, he is proficient in Excel and has an excellent command of Stata.
