A significant proportion of Post Bank`s clients are engaged in Agricultural Business. Post Bank therefore sought to develop tailored products for its clients. A key step in scaling up lending in the Agricultural Sector, Post Bank sought to undertake institutional diagnostic to identify areas of improvement into a wholesomely service to this segment.

With support from GIZ, Post Bank contracted FRIENDS Consult LTD to conduct diagnostic review to enable its scale up lending to the Agricultural sector. As a result Post Bank`s loan Portfolio has significantly risen since 2017
