Andrew Obara is the Managing Director and the brain behind the creation of FRIENDS Consult Ltd, who has seen the company and has seen it attain recognition among the “top 100 mid-sized SMEs in Uganda for four consecutive years (2013/14/15/16).

Viola is the Executive Assistant to the Managing Director & Human Resource Manager at FRIENDS Consult and has been with the company for over 23years.

Currently the Manager – Projects Execution at FRIENDS Consult, Marion is charged with the responsibility of consistent and ongoing liaison with all clients

Anthony Ochieng is currently the Business Development Manager (BDM) at FRIENDS Consult Limited having previously served as Senior Projects Officer and Projects Officer. He has over 6 years practical experience in consulting and over 15 years in educational management and administration.

Sarah is a Senior Projects Officer at FRIENDS Consult Ltd. She is an experienced multi-skilled lady with over 10 years’ work experience; well-rounded skills, knowledge and hands-on experience in project implementation and monitoring, loan and credit administration and management

Joseph is a Senior Projects Officer – ICT at FRIENDS Consult Limited, with over five years of professional experience spanning systems administration, end-user support, project management and coordination, ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems, and digital communications.
